This page explains how to raise a complaint about the site or about a call or message sent through it, what to include and what to do if you want a second review. A clear complaint is easier to resolve.
How do I raise a complaint?
Send the complaint through the contact form or call the number on the contact page. Say what happened, when it happened and what you want the site to do. If the complaint is about a page, include the page address and the sentence or number at issue. If the complaint is about a call or a message, include the date, the number you used and the name of the person you spoke with, if you have it. Keep a copy of the message and any photos. Your complaint is written down and reviewed. A complaint is not a legal claim.
What should I include?
Include the facts, not a conclusion. The date, the time, the people involved, the address or neighborhood, the scope and the amount mentioned are the useful pieces. Attach photos if the issue is visible. Attach the message or the text if the issue is about what was said. Say what you have already tried. Do not send a Social Security number, a card number or a government ID through the form. If a document is sensitive, say so and ask for another way to send it. The more specific the complaint, the easier it is to review.
What if I am not satisfied with the response?
Ask for a second review in writing and explain what is still unresolved. If the issue is about this site's content, say which page and which statement, and the page is corrected or the claim is removed. If the complaint involves a permit, the building department that issued it is the next contact. Keep the permit number, the inspection record and any paperwork together. For a legal dispute, consult an attorney who works in Arizona construction law.
